In the role of Technical Network Leader, you will have a wide range of responsibilities and tasks that drive and develop the technical area forward.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and prioritizing work within the technical area.
• Influencing strategic decisions and guiding competency development.
• Advising on marketing efforts and recruitment.
• Being responsible for market monitoring and marketing within the technical area.
• Developing and implementing a unified working method to optimize collaborations and leverage experiences.
• Maintaining daily contact with network members within the area of responsibility as well as with other Technical Network Leaders and SYSTRA Group (International Collaboration).
• Developing routines and tools for quality assurance.
• Managing the technical area’s page on Teams.
• Supporting internal and external communication, including technical onboarding and mentorship.

You will spend about 20% of a full-time position as a Technical Network Leader, while the remaining time is expected to be spent operationally as a Geotechnical Engineer in SYSTRA's assignments.

About you

We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a Geotechnical Engineer who has worked broadly with different types of clients, such as municipalities, the Swedish Transport Administration, and private entities. You do not need to be an expert in all subfields, but you should be a knowledgeable generalist with a very good understanding and interest in the various components involved. Furthermore, you should have excellent skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you thrive in a coordinating role where good planning and organizational skills are of utmost importance. You are ambitious, responsible, and have the ability to foresee the long-term effects of your decisions. Communication is one of your strongest assets, and you express yourself well in both speech and writing. Additionally, you understand the importance of building and maintaining good relationships and collaborative spaces to achieve common goals and create long-term value together.

Location and other information

We offer a permanent position starting by agreement. You will be based at one of our offices in Sweden. We would like you to have the opportunity to travel between our various offices to network and collaborate with colleagues across the country.
